1. General Provisions

This document is a public offer from Ultra & Trail Runners Azerbaijan (UTR) for race organization services. By paying the registration fee, you accept this offer.

2. Subject of the Offer

UTR provides the following services:
  • Organization of running races
  • Participant registration
  • Course preparation and marking
  • Aid station organization
  • Medical support
  • Recording and publication of results

3. Rights and Obligations

Participant obligations:
  • Follow race rules
  • Comply with mandatory equipment requirements
  • Provide accurate health information
  • Follow organizers instructions

4. Service Cost and Payment

  • Registration fee is determined separately for each race
  • Payment is made using methods indicated on the site
  • Early registration discounts may apply

5. Cancellation and Refunds

  • 30+ days before race: 80% refund
  • 14-29 days before race: 50% refund
  • Less than 14 days before race: no refund
  • Force majeure: full refund

6. Liability

The participant understands and accepts that:
  • Ultra and trail running is a dangerous sport
  • Participation is at own risk
  • Medical insurance is recommended

7. Final Provisions

  • Disputes are resolved through negotiations
  • If no agreement is reached, Azerbaijan law applies
  • The offer takes effect from the moment of payment
